Joseph Smith, that great man of the 19th century, continues to be a major force for good and a major source of scorn to this day. His work and teachings laid the foundation for the great Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Many revere him as a prophet while others spurn him as an imposter. Central to Joseph’s teachings were his witness of the living Christ, whom he met with on numerous occasions. He was also tutored by dozens of angels and brought forth massive amounts of holy scripture.
