He was told by the messenger that there would be a great crash in the land before the period of famine began. This crash would be brought about by prices going up, which condition was illustrated to him as being like a person on high stilts. When prices became extremely high, something happened in the land like knocking the stilts from under the person and down came everything. Businesses closed down, labor was thrown out of work, people were hungry, and great tribulations were in the land.
The U.S. government will keep propping up the economy as if it were on stilts, until finally it would suddenly collapse overnight.
Taxes will become oppressive and almost impossible to pay.
The United States will experience interest rates which will finally reach 20% to 24% after a period of 10% to 14%.”
There will be an overnight price crash. Wages and prices will be 20 cents on the dollar.
Near the end, many of the General Authorities will become quite old. Troubles will start when three leaders will die in close proximity to one another.
This time of trouble will be ushered in by a financial crash; we go to bed at night and awake in the morning with no light, water, gas or heat. The money will become worthless, not worth the paper it is written on, an armful would not buy a loaf of bread.
Something will cause the Church welfare program to be inadequate at the end.
Note: The church program wasn’t meant to fix everything, or to feed everyone.
Wall Street will have a major drop sometime before the total failure.

Note: In other words, the second civil war is probably started over the depreciation of the US currency.

“It was as if I was at the NYSE. I saw two men in a tug of war over money. Then others joined in from all sides, and they all started pulling. The money was stretching more and more and getting thinner and thinner…then the stretched out money tore right down the middle…everyone landed on their backs and their hands were empty, they stood up, brushed themselves off and looked around. All the money was gone. Then again I saw the house of cards, it had fallen and the cards were laying everywhere in disarray on the NYSE floor.”
“Then I was in New York City. I saw a man getting out of a taxi holding a brief case. He looked up at a very large stark grey building. I knew it was somehow connected to the World Bank. Then I saw a meeting inside this building. Several individuals were sitting at a large table, and there was a lot of yelling. There was a man standing with his back to the others, looking out a window and talking on a cell phone. He was negotiating with the World Bank in England. They were shifting funds to stop the worldwide meltdown of banks. He was speaking of two banks they were very concerned about. One was here in the United States, and very large, the other was in the UK and connected to the royalty. Both banks were ready to fall and one had to be sacrificed to save the other. It was like a power tug of war. If the royal bank were to fail it would affect the political stability in Europe. All of the European banks were scrambling. Even the royal family was concerned. Next I saw that it was decided to sacrifice the US bank.” “Next I saw the Whitehouse. The president was in the oval office and got the news. He then called for a meeting of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and a special session of congress. He had no more moves to make and was following orders…back at the meeting at the White House everyone looked down. There was nothing they could do. They had worked all day to save the economy and it was gone. Next I saw the NYSE just before the closing bell. There were some people who had connections and rumor of the bank closure was affecting everything. I saw the market drop 1,200 points just before things closed. Next I saw the President’s face as he picked up the phone. Then he was on a news broadcast and declared a nationwide/global emergency.”

Confidence is lost. Wealth is arrayed against labor, labor against wealth, yet the land abounds with plenty for food and raiment, and silver and gold are in abundance. Thou seest also that letters written by a Jew have wrought great confusion in the finances of the nation which, together with the policy of many wealthy ones, has produced distress and do presage further sorrow.
Factions now sprang up as if by magic; capital had entrenched itself against labor throughout the land; labor was organized against capital. The voice of the wise sought to tranquilize these two powerful factors in vain. Excited multitudes ran wildly about; strikes increased; lawlessness sought the place of regular government. October the 10th and the 29th are significant days, but the year has not been revealed. She also said that a worldwide economic collapse that would take place in the month of October, and it starts in the United States. It will literally happen overnight or over a weekend like Friday to Monday.
From 1993:
My mother then started showing me a scenario of events that will take place beginning with a worldwide economic collapse that would take place in the month of October.
I was told it will actually begin in the US. The reason it happens is to bring down America. I don’t think they want to destroy America, they just want to bring it under their control. My mother said I would hear rumors and they will get louder and the collapse will happen quickly. We will wake up one morning and it will have happened.
After the collapse I saw marauding bands or gangs running around. People just go crazy and start rioting. They are killing because they are angry and hungry. Everything they know of value on this on this earth is being taken away from them within a few days. In a very short time there will be a famine.
Note: As we see here, the sequence is financial collapse, then famine.
I believe for the most part this famine is brought upon us. It’s premeditated and planned out. No trucks bring food deliveries. Famine is brought on quickly and the stores are cleared out within hours. A short term after the collapse we are put under FEMA and Martial law.
Foreign troops are called in America to help restore order, but are here to attack us instead, set off nuclear bombs, usher in New World Order.
