This was a very excellent book exposing secret combinations which have taken over our society and brainwashed the masses. The genius of this book is that it states plain facts which politicized media has helped us to forget.
Leaf exposes how a small minority of student radicals found out how to take over entire universities, and their tactics are very popular to this day.
Leaf exposes corrupt rock music with common sense and quotes the rockers themselves rebuking the stuff as poor quality material you couldn’t really call art.
Leaf shows the ridiculousness of the sexual hook-up culture, and how a strong conservative majority never did participate in the radical new ways. Unfortunately the 60s were a time of tremendous corruption beginning to make it’s more permanent place on the world stage. Leaf traces the roots of the madness of the 60s, and shows how seeds planted then are overturning our entire society today.
The political scene of the 60s spanned from Johnson’s War on Poverty and common sense, to a pathetic losing strategy to Vietnam (with American protesters being more communist themselves than anti-war), to Earl Warren’s war on the Constitution and leftist rules of Kennedy and Johnson, the 60s were a time of liberal frenzy which set the country into permanent self destruction.
Through it all the 60s still had a strong conservative counterculture of people like Merle Haggard, Berry Goldwater, and Ayn Rand sent shockwaves of common sense to the masses.
My notes here are only a fragment of the presentation with added commentary. I highly recommend the book exposing details of key players, key events and how they organized, and chilling statistics which the book shows in far greater detail, including references which typically aren’t included in my notes.
